The applicable conditions are those in force on the day the order is placed. <\/p>\n<p><strong>1.2. \u2013 Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All terms listed below, whether used in the singular or plural, are used with the following meaning:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u201cGeneral Conditions of Sale (CGV)\u201d: designate these general conditions which aim to define the conditions of purchase and use of Tickets.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u201cTicket\u201d: generally refers to the entry ticket allowing access to the Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes, whatever its medium, purchased by the Customer on the Site. Ticket prices are available on this site and are identical to the price on site. The applicable price is that in effect on the day of the order.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u201cTicket\u201d: generally refers to the reservation ticket allowing access to one of the events published on this Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes website. Certain events, for example shows at the ZUM Th\u00e9\u00e2tre, are in fact only accessible by having made a reservation in advance.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u201cBuyer\u201d: designates any person purchasing a Ticket or Ticket on this site and having accepted the General Conditions of Sale.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u201cVisitor\u201d: designates the person presenting themselves at the entrance to the Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes with a Ticket or Ticket.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f0d78d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f0d78d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"titre2\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>2 \u2013 Characteristics of tickets sold<\/h2>\n<p><strong>2.1 \u2013 The tickets offered on this site are intended for one or more of the following services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entrance to visit the Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes, allowing access to the permanent exhibitions and temporary exhibitions of the Mus\u00e9rial, as well as access to the exterior spaces of the Mus\u00e9rial;<\/li>\n<li>Use of the Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes audio guide;<\/li>\n<li>Visits and activities for young people and families at the Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes;<\/li>\n<li>Combined ticket: Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes \u2013 Mus\u00e9e Dunkerque Dynamo 1940.<\/li>\n<li>Events, shows, concerts and conferences at the Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes, within the ZUM Th\u00e9\u00e2tre or in the different spaces of the Fort des Dunes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.2 \u2013 The number of Tickets sold online per order and per person is limited in quantity as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 maximum for entry to the Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes;<\/li>\n<li>10 maximum for twin tickets;<\/li>\n<li>4 maximum for the special \u201cParcours Jeunesse\u201d ticket;<\/li>\n<li>10 maximum for events, shows, concerts and conferences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The same person cannot place several orders spaced over time to circumvent this rule. Reservations for groups of more than 10 people must be made following the instructions on the dedicated <a href=\"https:\/\/fort-des-dunes.fr\/en\/reservation-request\/\">group reservation request form<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Purchases of Tickets and Tickets are made in real time. It is not obligatory to create an account to purchase tickets on this site; <\/li>\n<li>(optional) It is possible to check the \u201ccreate an account\u201d box to have an account on the site allowing you to save the various purchases made on the site;<\/li>\n<li>Accept the General Conditions of Sale and click on \u201corder\u201d in order to be redirected to the PayFip payment gateway;<\/li>\n<li>The payment and order finalization process is described in point 3.3.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>3.2 \u2013 Ticketing for calendar and ZUM Theater events:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Access the \u201cAgenda\u201d or \u201cZum Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Programming\u201d page;<\/li>\n<li>Select the event that interests you;<\/li>\n<li>Choose the number of tickets desired, then validate;<\/li>\n<li>Check the basket then validate to access the order validation page<\/li>\n<li>Provide your contact details. It is not obligatory to create an account to purchase tickets on this site; <\/li>\n<li>(optional) It is possible to check the \u201ccreate an account\u201d box to have an account on the site allowing you to save the various purchases made on the site;<\/li>\n<li>Accept the General Conditions of Sale and click on \u201corder\u201d in order to be redirected to the PayFip payment gateway;<\/li>\n<li>The payment and order finalization process is described in point 3.3.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>3.3 \u2013 Payment process (identical for all online ticketing):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>After clicking &#8220;order&#8221;, you are redirected to the PayFip payment gateway;<\/li>\n<li>Make the payment by credit card on the \u201cPayFip\u201d payment page according to the 3D Secure standard by following the instructions on the screen and transmitted by your bank;<\/li>\n<li>If the payment is accepted, a payment confirmation is displayed and it is possible to download an invoice in pdf format;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Click on \u201ccontinue\u201d<\/strong> to finalize the order and return to the Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes website.<\/li>\n<li>The order confirmation page is then displayed and the Buyer receives a summary email with their Ticket(s);<\/li>\n<li>The Buyer prints their Ticket(s) or downloads them to their mobile phone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>As long as the payment has not been recorded, the Buyer has the possibility to modify or cancel the content of his order by going to the basket page.<\/p>\n<p>Once payment has been confirmed, no cancellation or modification is possible by the Buyer.<\/p>\n<p>If the payment failed: the Buyer then receives no payment confirmation or ticket. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the order. In the event of non-presentation or non-compliance of supporting documentation, access to the service will be refused. <\/p>\n<p>By purchasing a Full Price Ticket\/Ticket, the Buyer waives the right to benefit from any reduction or freebie to which he could possibly have been entitled for his visit.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cd7738d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cd7738d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"titre5\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>5 \u2013 Online payment terms<\/h2>\n<p>All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.<\/p>\n<p>Payment for Tickets is made by credit card. The cards accepted for payment of an order at the ticket office are cards from the Carte Bleue \/ Visa and Eurocard \/ Mastercard \/ American Express networks. The Buyer&#8217;s bank account is debited upon final validation of the order.  <\/p>\n<p>The Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes uses the <strong>secure online payment of the French State entitled \u201cPayfip\u201d<\/strong> and certified by international authorities.<\/p>\n<p>The payment process is integrated into the sales and reservations solution of this site by redirecting the Buyer to the official Payfip website when making the purchase. It must be presented at the Mus\u00e9rial reception. Tickets \/ Tickets downloaded on mobile phones are also accepted as proof.  <\/p>\n<p>Each service purchased corresponds to a Ticket. Partially or poorly printed, damaged or illegible Tickets are not valid. <\/p>\n<p>It is strictly prohibited to duplicate or counterfeit a Ticket in any way.<\/p>\n<p>6.2 \u2013 Tickets \/ Tickets are time-stamped and valid exclusively for the service, on the date mentioned (and at the time indicated, if applicable).<\/p>\n<p>Visit tickets allow access to the Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes on the day indicated on the ticket. A Ticket only gives access to the corresponding service once and any exit is final. <strong>If you need to postpone your date of visit<\/strong> to the Mus\u00e9rial, please <a href=\"https:\/\/fort-des-dunes.fr\/en\/contact\/\"> contact us<\/a> to postpone your visit date: <strong> the ticket remains valid for 3 months<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>6.3 \u2013 Each Ticket purchased online is personal and non-transferable. The first person to present the note is presumed to be the legitimate bearer. Exchange or reimbursement is however excluded when the cancellation results from a case of force majeure as defined in article 10. <\/p>\n<p>8.4 Due to requirements for the safety of people and property, the Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes reserves the right to close or modify its opening hours or to cancel or postpone a service.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of cancellation or modification of the service appearing on the Ticket \/ Ticket by the Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Buyer will be contacted as soon as possible to inform them and if possible propose the postponement of the service concerned.<\/li>\n<li>If postponement is impossible, the Buyer may obtain a refund of the price of the Ticket\/Ticket.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To obtain this refund, the Buyer must make a request within three (3) months from the date of cancellation or modification of the service, upon presentation of the non-invalidated Ticket and their RIB bank details ( Bank details) :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>by following the instructions requested following the request via the <a href=\"https:\/\/fort-des-dunes.fr\/en\/contact\/\">contact form<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>or to the following postal address: Mus\u00e9rial du Fort des Dunes, Chemin du Fort, 59495 Leffrinckoucke.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This reimbursement will only be made in favor of the initial Purchaser against delivery of the Ticket.<\/p>\n<p>No other compensation or compensation whatsoever may be requested other than reimbursement of the ticket(s).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-929b39f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"929b39f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" id=\"titre9\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>9 &#8211;
