Come celebrate your birthday at the Fort!
A party in a unique place
It’s now possible to organize your children’s birthdays at the Fort des Dunes!
An hour-long activity in the heart of the Fort’s exterior will allow children to explore every nook and cranny in search of a secret message.
For a package price of €100, you’ll enjoy a “Mission Fort des Dunes” animation lasting around 1 hour, plus room hire for the afternoon tea.
We welcome a maximum of 12 children per session. Please note that at least one adult must accompany the animation to ensure the safety and smooth running of the event.
Sessions are available on Wednesdays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., from March to November.

Terms and conditions
- Price of €100 for the entertainment and rental of the room for the snack.
- For ages 7 – 12
- 12 children maximum (a minimum of one adult must accompany the activity).
- Wednesdays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. from March to November.

Self-guided children’s trail for ages 7/12
The Fort team has found a chest appearing to belong to General Janssen but cannot open it… Will you be able to find the secret code of the padlock?
This tour allows youngsters to learn about the history of the Fort in a fun and entertaining way. In French only.
Price: €3.50/child (this activity is included in the children’s self-guided tour ticket)
Flower Power” family visit-workshop
After a guided tour of the Fort, discover and make your own remembrance flower.
Poppies, blueberries and daisies will hold no secrets for you!
Prices: €8/adult and €4/child. Average duration: 2 hours.

Escape Game “Comme en 40
Locked in the former headquarters of the French army in 1940, find the secret documents and the key to escape!
2 possible formats (in French only):
- All the players are teenagers.
- Teenagers play with their parents (teen-parent activity).
