The Fort des Dunes in Leffrinckoucke, in partnership with the Dynamo Museum in Dunkirk, offers you a twin ticket to visit both museums at a preferential rate!
Through these two Museums, discover the history of Operation Dynamo as well as the life of the Dunkirk people during the Second World War, based on numerous found objects, testimonies, maps and reconstructions. The military operations of Operation Dynamo are presented in great detail.
The two museums are about 30 minutes apart by bus. You can also cycle along the Dunes de Flandres cycle route through Dunkirk and Leffrinckoucke.
It is also possible to get there by car: the two museums each have a car park allowing easy parking.
The Dynamo Dunkerque 1940 museum is located in the Grand Large district of Dunkirk, a few minutes walk from the beach.
The Musérial du Fort des Dunes is located in the town of Leffrinckoucke, within the natural area of the Dunes of Flandres. It is a few hundred meters from the beach as the crow flies, and also close to the Zuydcoote Battery.
